We offer FLAT RATE shipping of $5.99 on all domestic orders within the USA. However, if your subtotal is $50.00 or higher (after discounts), your order qualifies for **FREE STANDARD SHIPPING**! Standard transit time is between 2 to 5 business days.
What is your refund and return policy? +
We want you and your children to be 100% happy. You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Simply head to your dashboard or contact support@purenirvana.com to request a prepaid return label.

Can I track my package after shipment? +
Yes! As soon as our warehouse dispatches your order (within 24 hours of purchase), we generate a USPS tracking number and send it to your email. You can plug this number or your order ID directly into our public Order Tracking Page to view transit milestones.

Currently, Pure Nirvana is optimized exclusively for customers within the United States. We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and support standard delivery to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses via USPS.
