Refunds & Returns Policy

1. 30-Day Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your toys. If you or your kids are not 100% happy, you can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in clean, sellable condition.
2. Return Shipping Labels
To request a return, email us at support@purenirvana.com with your order number. If the return is due to an item defect or warehouse packing error, we will provide a **prepaid return label**. For voluntary returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs back to our center.
3. Refund Process and Timelines
Once we receive and inspect your returned toy package (within 3 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will credit your original payment method (Stripe card or PayPal). Credit card processing banks typically take **5 to 10 business days** to post the funds to your account.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If a toy arrives broken, defective, or misses components, contact support immediately. We will ship a replacement item free of charge or process a full refund, including original shipping costs.
