1. USA Domestic Shipping Only

Pure Nirvana focuses on serving families within the United States. We ship to all 50 states (including Alaska and Hawaii), P.O. Boxes, and military APO/FPO addresses.

2. Shipping Rates and Thresholds

• Flat Rate Shipping: $5.99 on all domestic orders below $50.00.
• Free Shipping: Automatically applied at checkout for all subtotal totals exceeding $50.00 after coupon code deductions.

3. Processing and Delivery Timelines

Orders are packaged and shipped from our Orlando warehouse within 24 business hours. Standard transit times are 2 to 5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. We do not dispatch orders on federal USA holidays.

4. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the unlikely event that your package shows "Delivered" but is missing, or arrives damaged, contact our support desk immediately at support@purenirvana.com. We will launch an investigation with the carrier and secure replacements or refunds.
