2. Catalog Information Accuracy

We strive to ensure product names, SKUs, pricing, specifications, and images are completely accurate. In the rare event of a catalog discrepancy, we reserve the right to cancel orders and notify you before processing refunds.

3. Purchase and Payments

You agree to provide valid credit card or PayPal credentials when checking out. If a payment transaction fails or shows signs of chargeback risks, we reserve the right to withhold shipping until verified.

4. Shipping and Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Pure Nirvana are dispatched in accordance with our shipping policies. Risk of item loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed over to our verified carriers (USPS/UPS).
